  • The Boardroom is a business advisory membership for women in Australia, run by Grainne Cooper, founder of My Business Collective. Members get three to four live calls a month, anonymous hot seat Q&As, guest expert sessions and a private member forum, all built on Grainne’s ACD framework (Attract, Covert, Deliver). It’s for women who want a business that pays them properly, without the cost of one-on-one advice.

  • The Boardroom membership includes:

    • A Business Diagnostic, reviewed by Grainne on video

    • The Profit Leak Detector course

    • Three to four live calls a month, all recorded

    • Anonymous hot seat Q&A sessions

    • Guest expert sessions

    • A private member forum, open all month

    • A resource vault of templates and tools

    Founding members also get a 1:1 strategy call with Grainne when they join.

  • The Boardroom is for women in Australia who run their own business, or who are planning to leave their job to start one. It suits business owners who want a profitable business that pays them properly, with expert advice they couldn’t otherwise afford.

  • Founding members choose a 6-month or 12-month membership, paid in monthly instalments of $397, and keep that rate for all future consecutive renewals. The founding rate is available to the first 20 members, or until 1 December 2026, whichever comes first. After that, membership is $447 per month.

  • Yes. The Boardroom runs entirely online, so members can join from anywhere in Australia. Live calls are recorded, so you can watch them later if you can’t attend.

  • The Boardroom opens on 1 December 2026. Every member will receive an email with their login details before the doors open.

  • Your card is saved when you join, and your first monthly instalment is charged on 1 December 2026, when The Boardroom opens. Nothing is charged before then.

  • The Boardroom opens on 1 December, independent to the number of members. The founding spaces are a specially reduced rate for the first members to join. If you take a founding place, your price and your start date stay the same for as long as you remain in The Boardroom.

  • Yes. When you join The Boardroom, you choose a 6-month or 12-month membership, paid in monthly instalments. Six months gives you time to make real changes in your business and see the results.

  • The Boardroom runs three to four live calls every month, including strategy sessions, hot seats and guest expert sessions, and every call is recorded. Between calls, members can post questions and wins in the private member forum.

  • Each live strategy call is a deep dive into one business topic with Grainne Cooper, business advisor and founder of My Business Collective. Topics are chosen from what members are dealing with right now, such as pricing, profit, sales or systems.

  • A hot seat call is a live Q&A where Grainne answers members’ business questions. Questions are submitted anonymously beforehand, so nobody knows whose question it was.

  • The Boardroom brings in specialists members would normally pay by the hour: accountants, tax and insurance experts, HR managers, sales experts, change consultants, brand and web specialists, and paid ads specialists for Meta and Google.

  • The ACD framework is Grainne Cooper’s business method: Attract, Convert, Deliver. It identifies where a business is losing money (finding the right clients, turning interest into sales, or delivering profitably) and teaches you how to fix it. Every part of The Boardroom is built on it.

  • The Business Diagnostic is the first thing every Boardroom member completes. It shows where your business stands and where it’s leaking money, and Grainne records a personal video walking through your results.

  • Yes. The Boardroom is built for women planning to start a business as well as those already running one. Your Business Diagnostic tells Grainne where you’re starting from, and your learning starts there.

  • The Boardroom is run by Grainne Cooper, founder of My Business Collective, an Australian business advisory and social media agency. Grainne has a background in corporate law and senior leadership, and has been advising business owners since 2020.
